Mixed Use Planning — Westfield Promenade, Los Angeles URW

A live, work, shop, and play 34-acre mixed-use community adjacent to the Westfield Topanga and The Village properties. As part of Design and Development I produced studies for the master planning, parking design, residential density and service-retail areas and generated alternatives for restaurants, hotels, sports, entertainment and office uses.
